We want you to be satisfied with AIVideoAI. This policy explains when you can request a refund, what qualifies, and how the process works. Please read it carefully before purchasing a subscription.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription to AIVideoAI.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@aivideoai.net with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address on your account.
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once processed. If you no longer wish to be billed, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.
If a video fails to generate due to an error on our end (not user input error), the credit is automatically returned to your quota. You are not charged credits for failed renders.
If you experience a persistent technical issue that prevents you from using the service during your billing period, contact us at support@aivideoai.net. We will investigate and, at our discretion, issue a credit or partial refund.
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
We will confirm your refund via email once it has been processed. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting us, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation. We strongly encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly without a formal dispute.
